What are Domains?


Domains are the URLs you would type in your web browser, e.g. google.com. It is used to guide people to a website or for your email address, e.g. name@mydomain.com.

What is Two Factor Authentication?

What are Distribution Lists?


A Distribution List is a group of mail recipients that is addressed as a single Email Address. Distribution Lists are used to send an email to groups of people without having to enter each recipient's individual address. Distribution Lists comes free and unlimited with Sohwatt LLP.




What are Aliases?


An Alias is similar to a Distribution List but it is intended for only one recipient. Aliases are used to send an email to a recipient without having to provide the main email address. E.g. How-to

How to generate an Application Specific Password?


  1. Login to mail via a web browser.
  2. Click My Account link at the top to view Zoho Accounts
  3. From the left menu, select Security > App passwords
  4. Under the Application Specific Passwords, click on Generate New Password.
  5. Enter the application name associated with this specific password. The app name is just a reference name, for you to verify/revoke in future.
  6. Select Generate to view the application specific password.
  7. The device-specific password will be displayed only once and will not be displayed again.
  8. You need to use the password without any spaces in the device.
  9. You can click on any of the application-specific passwords to view the past generated time, IP and location.
  10. You can delete any password if you no longer use the device or to remove access to the application.




How do I access my mail via Web?


To access your mail via Web, type "mail." followed by your Domain. E.g. mail.mydomain.com
